I first met Cal Hanson in 1994 when I was considering selling my townhouse. The market was okay but not exceptional and I had my heart set on buying a big home in the new Langdon development. The only way I could make this come true was to find a realtor who understood my situation, gave me undivided attention and made ‘things happen’.

In a few short weeks, I had my townhouse sold (for the price I needed and a longer possession date) and had put a down-payment on the new home in Langdon – all thanks to Cal’s hard work and commitment to see my dream home become a reality. After purchasing the new Langdon home from Cal, he stood by my family to ensure that the home was progressing in a timely manner – in essence, he became part of the family until our new house was built. Years later, we called on Cal once again, to sell the Langdon home and move us back into the city. We live in a beautiful condominium in Harvest Hills which we just listed after 12 satisfied years of living in Calgary North-Central. Once again, we called on Cal to help us find that ‘special place’ in a golfing community were we hope to move quickly. One could say that Cal has been part of our ‘family’ for many years – watched the kids grow-up and as we enter our retirement years, he is there once again to assist us with our next move.
