MEET CAL HANSON - VALUE & HARD WORK

Growing up in Saskatchewan with a very caring and hard working family, Cal is no stranger to hard work. He values and understands the meaning of work ethic, something he learned at an early age.

He values what his grandparents and parents taught him; from proper family values to appreciating and being concerned for other people’s needs. Aside from a strong moral fibre, his keen ability to study, repair and rebuild most anything he puts his mind to has allowed him to see what others may not; from his involvement in complete home renovations’s to restoring collectible cars, Cal has always had a talent for the “ hands-on approach” to everything.

Home building, renovations and construction knowledge comes from Cal’s early years watching and helping his carpenter Father. Cal’s construction knowledge helped him shape his future in new home construction and sales – something that he greatly appreciates looking back with fond memories to the valuable lessons his Father taught him.

Cal moved to Calgary in 1978 where he has lived since. With an entrepreneur heart and mind, Cal opened an auto body shop in his late teens becoming a licensed journeyman with his brother and still run the Calgary shop today.

In 1991 Cal became a licensed REALTOR® and for the next 5-years worked with Canada’s largest real estate company before moving on to work for the largest real estate company in the world for the next 15 years.

Over the past 20 years and for 12 of those years, Cal became involved in selling new homes where he quickly realized how much his construction background helped his clients turn their dream into reality.

Cal stays current of all real estate goings-on and world-market performances.Through numerous advanced real estate and negotiating courses, Cal has become one of the most knowledge REALTOR® in his field.
